What is your pricing based on?
We use birch plywood for almost all of our products which is worldwide accepted high-quality plywood, but rather expensive for the Turkish market. Although we always try for supplying locally, for the birch plywood there is no local alternative, so we import. We do not use chemicals but water-based and solvent-free materials for the products. We use plastic-free items to pack. We try our best to pay our workers in a fair manner. All of these are reflected on our prices, again in a fairway.
We take European safety rules into consideration on all of our designs.

Fiyatlarınız neye dayanıyor?
Ürünlerimizin hammaddesi Huş agacından kontraplak. Huş ağacı yapısı gereği çocuk ürünlerinde dünyada alternatifi olmayan bir malzeme. Yerelde alternatif ağaç arayışımız devam etse de su an icin ithal ediyoruz. Plastik ucuz paketleme yerine, geridönüştürülebilir, karton-kağıt paketleme tercih ediyoruz. Beraber çalıştığımız insanlara adil ücretler ödemeye çalışıyoruz. Bütün bunlar fiyatlarımıza nasıl adil olacaksa o şekilde yansıyor. Bütün tasarımlarımızı Avrupa birliği güvenlik normalarını göre yapıyoruz.
Can we expect a discount?
We produce locally and slowly. We do not profit as much as the big corporate, but earn in a rather fairway. That's why we never announce big sales or discounts. However,
- If you pay via bank transfer, you can pay with an additional 3% discount.
- If you order in big quantities, or if you are ordering for a school or educational facility, contact us for more.

How can I pay?
when you proceed with your order to the payment section, there will be 2 options appear.
1- If you pick IYZICO; you may pay with credit card(Mastercard or Visa) or with a debit card via BKM express, on the next window.
2- If you pick Cash payment option, you may pay via bank transfer. There will be IBAN no and instructions appear on the screen. You will get a 3% discount for this option which you have to calculate yourself.

- Nakit ödeme seçeneğini seçerseniz: havale-eft ile (%3 indirim imkanı -kendiniz hesaplamalısınız gerek-)
Which shipment company you worked with? How long it will take?
We work with UPS for Turkey and abroad. They are usually quite fast, it varies between 1-5 working days.
Kargom ne zaman çıkar?
Ürünlerin altında kargo ve gönderim süresi kısmına bakın. UPS ile çalışıyoruz, gönderildikten sonra hızlıca teslim sağlanıyor.
Can I return or exchange?
We do not have any procedure for exchange. You have to cancel your order and make a new order.
For cancellation, you can contact info@honeyballkids.com within 14 days after you receive the product. We will guide you on the next steps after. Since we send shipping free, customers have to pay for returning shipment cost. When the product arrives us unused, we return the full amount back to you asap.
İade ve ya değişim yapabilir miyim?
Değişim presedürümüz yoktur. İade etmeli ve dilerseniz yenisini sipariş etmelisiniz.
İade için teslim aldıktan 14 gün içinde ürünü bize geri göndermelisiniz. İade kargo ücretleri size aittir. Sorunsuz geri teslim alınan ürünlerin ücretinin tamamı geri yatırılır. info@honeyballkids.com adresine yazarak iade prosedürünü başlattığınızda iade adresi bildirilecektir.
If the product arrived damaged;
It may be due to the shipment process. You have to check the box while you are receiving it from the courier. If the product is damaged, take pictures and ask for an official report from the courier and send it back to ask via info@honeyballkids.com. We will cover the rest and send you a new one.

We work with IYZICO, one of the well-known providers who guarantee 256 bit SSL security.
Do you ship abroad?
We have recently started on this! However, you have to pay for the shipment abroad.
We have an ETSY shop now if you want to check out. The prices over here is a bit cheaper since we avoid Etsy commissions over here.
